We are excited to invite you to the public launch of The Public Governance of Anticipatory Innovation Ecosystems in Latvia, the final output of a multi-year partnership between the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) and the OECD’s Observatory of Public Sector Innovation (OPSI).
Anticipatory innovation ecosystems leverage the collective intelligence and resources of actors from industry, research, civil society and government to anticipate change and harness it for socially impactful innovation.
Drawing on practical workshops with over 80 stakeholders from four innovation ecosystems in Latvia as well as case studies from across Europe, the report provides practical approaches for governments to promote and benefit from the systematic exploration of the future by diverse groups of researchers and innovators.
